Property Taxes

 Pay 2022 Real Estate Property Tax bill (for your home, rental property, etc.) or Personal Property Tax bill (for businesses) electronically.

Must have parcel number, located in the top right corner of tax bill, to use this service:

• For Real Estate taxes, 10-digit parcel number begins with "7" or "8", for example 772-1234-000.
• For Personal Property (business) taxes, parcel number begins with "282".

 A percentage of the payment amount is charged for using this service.  All Credit Card transactions will be charged a fee of 2.55%, and all Visa Debit transactions will be charged a $3.95 processing fee.  The remaining Debit card transactions will be charged 2.55%. Electronic check transactions will be charged a $1.50 fee.  The minimum fee for all payment methods, other than electronic check, is $2.00. (Vendor fees subject to change). 

Please note, all outstanding 2021 and prior years' real estate taxes must be paid directly to the Milwaukee County Treasurer.   All prior years' personal property taxes (business taxes) may be paid on this site.

Business (Personal Property) Taxes

You may only pay Business (Personal Property) Taxes through the link below at this time. All Real Estate taxes for your home or rental property must now be paid directly to the Milwaukee County Treasurer.

Building Inspection (Permits)* - Payment can only be made in-person, at City Hall

• *Must have a permit number from Inspection Department to use this service.

• Payment can only be made in-person, at City Hall.           

Re-inspection Invoices - (For Building Code Violations or Vacant Property Invoices)*
